Standard book sizes are A4 (210x297mm) and A5 (148x210mm) and these are the most economical, however you can have more or less any other size up to A3 (420 x 297mm).

You can have as many or as few books as you'd like, but please remember printing prices per book reduce dramatically the more you have printed at the same time.

Our books are perfect bound just like a conventional paper back (or saddle stitched (useful for books of 32pp plus cover) or continuous coil (great for training manuals, where you need the ability to lay flat or fold back on itself).

A indicative A4 Perfect Bound Paperback package can have 80 interior black pages printed on 80gsm (crisp clean and white), 5 colour pages on 90 or 100gsm and a cover printed on heavy card stock of 300gsm (in most cases these covers are also celloglazed(at extra cost), giving them a protective shiny or matt film type finish) and these will cost from $17.90 per book based on an order of 25 or $13.90 for 100*.

OR a A4 Saddle Stitched Booklet (that's folded with two wires or staples in the spine) 32 pages printed in black on 80gsm with a cover printed in colour one side on 250gsm $4.56ea for 100 or $5.89ea for 25.

OR A4 Continuous Coil Training Manuals (that's bound with a strong continuous coil that allows the book to be folded back on itself completely flat, these can have tear out pages*, larger fold out sections* etc) 60 pages printed in colour throughout would cost from $33.30 each for 25 or $22.40 each for 100 (that includes a cover printed colour on front only on 300gsm coated), or in black inside for $11 each for 25 or $8.90 for 100.

All these prices are indicative, it's best to get a quote for your book and it's better if you can email or upload a copy for us to quote on (we'll need a pdf, if you do not have a pdf writer see below). For files under 4MB (right mouse click on your file, select properties and that'll tell you how big it is)send by email, over 4MB upload through this site (see UPLOAD PAGE). Remember to include the specification, how many pages in black/colour and how many you want.

Books can be printed in full colour, black and white or any combination of both colour and black and white. Our printing process means black and white and colour pages can appear in any combination throughout your book.

Pages & Leaves

In the printing industry we refer to printed pages being each side of a sheet and each sheet being a leaf, so if you have 10 A4 sheets (leaves) then you'll have 20 printed pages.

Artwork

You can set your book out in Publisher, Word, Corel Draw, InDesign and many other formats, we prefer you to supply us with pdfs and but can create pdfs from your files subject to certain criteria. (see PDF WRITER below)
