Optional Personalisation (+$12): Make your tote extra special by adding a photo with a caption or a name. Simply supply a good-quality JPEG image along with your chosen text and preferred font, and our team will prepare your print-ready artwork for an additional $12. To select this option, choose the personalisation add-on, input your text (also include your preferred font), and upload your image in the artwork file section before adding to cart.

Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes! We welcome customer-supplied artwork. Please ensure your files meet our print-ready specifications. You can upload your artwork directly when adding to cart or through our upload file page. If you're unsure, our team can check your file before printing.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product and quantity. Most standard print jobs are completed within 2–5 business days. If you need something urgently, let us know - we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
Many products also come with the option to upgrade to same-day printing, which you can select when adding to cart. Orders must be placed before 11am AWST (Mon-Fri only) to qualify for this express printing.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can collect your order from our Fremantle store during business hours. Alternatively, we can ship your order anywhere in Perth or Australia-wide.
