How long does t-shirt printing take?

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from artwork approval. Larger runs (10+ garments) and BYO jobs can take a little longer while we confirm artwork and prep the run.

Can I bring my own t-shirts?

Yes. Choose the BYO option and we will print your supplied garments. Cotton holds DTG best. We will let you know if a fabric or colour is unsuitable for the digital process before we run the job.

Does black show the same colour as on screen?

Black tees use a white underbase layer so colours print bright and saturated on dark fabric, rather than washing out into the cotton. Expect a close visual match to screen on bright artwork; dark or shadow-heavy designs can lose contrast (we will flag it in the artwork check).

What if my print comes out wrong?

We reprint it free, no questions. Our artwork check is designed to catch issues before we run the garments, but if something slips past us we own it.

Three configurations cover most tee jobs. White and black tees ship as new 100% cotton blanks ready to print. BYO lets you bring your own garment if you have a specific brand, fit or colour in mind. For runs above 10 garments, send us a brief so we can apply the volume break.

Sizing

Print area is up to A3, more than enough for a chest logo, full back print or all-over front design. Tee sizes follow the supplier chart shown in the configurator. Quantities run per garment; bulk orders above 10 pieces are quoted directly.

Materials

White and black tees are new 100% cotton blanks selected for print performance and a soft hand-feel. The black tee uses a white underbase layer so colour reproduction stays vivid on dark fabric. BYO tees can be any supplied garment; cotton holds DTG best, while heavy synthetic blends and waxed coatings are not compatible.

Artwork

Upload a print-ready PDF or a PNG with a transparent background. Vector PDFs print sharpest at large sizes. Files without transparency may need a clipping path, which can add a small artwork fee. Every file is reviewed by our staff in Fremantle before it gets sent to the printer. No artwork yet? Our in-house studio can build it from a logo, quoted per job.
