Business cards are a staple & must-have. Our standard are 90 × 55mm cards that are printed and trimmed in Fremantle on a stock of your choice. Square or rounded corners, single or double-sided print, six paper stocks and seven finishes with premium options if you need something a bit more flashy.
Upload your file once you finish configuring the card you are after. Every file is reviewed by our staff in Fremantle before it gets sent to the printer. Standard turnaround is two to four business days; choose Rush for same-day click & collect on standard and laminated cards ordered before 11am.
Raised spot UV, real metallic foil, and waterproof synthetic stock. Each adds a physical property the standard card does not have.
A clear, glossy varnish raised off the card surface, applied to selected elements of your artwork. Adds visible relief and a high-shine spot finish you can feel under the thumb.
Real metallic foil pressed into the stock with a heated die. Gold, silver or rose gold (custom on request). Quote-based because the die is cut fresh per design.
260 micron synthetic stock. Does not absorb water, ink or oil. Tearproof and washable, used by trades, hospitality and outdoor event teams.

Standard Australian business cards are 90 × 55mm, square or rounded corners, printed double-sided as default. We make them at our shop at 63 Queen Victoria St, Fremantle on a heavy 350gsm matt board, the standard weight across the AU print industry and heavier than the 250–300gsm cards typical of mass-market online printers. Six paper stocks, seven finishes, two turnaround tiers (Standard and Rush). Same-day click & collect is available on every standard and laminated option if you order before 11am on a business day.
Every order is printed and trimmed in-house, checked by our staff before it gets sent to the printer, and stacked on the front counter for free click & collect or sent flat-rate Australia-wide. If something looks wrong when it lands, we reprint it free.
Six paper stocks and seven finishes. The everyday workhorse is 350gsm matt on a standard finish: heavy enough to feel substantial, smooth enough to take ink cleanly.
Heavier stocks (420gsm artboard) and textured stocks (recycled, linen) sit in the Paper Stock options on the configurator.
Every file is opened and reviewed by our staff in Fremantle before it gets sent to the printer. If we spot a bleed issue, a low-res image, a missing font, or RGB colours that won't survive the CMYK conversion, we email or call you before printing.

Business card printing
Most people who need business cards want three answers before they order: the price, the day they can pick them up, and what file to send. Here they are, with the numbers the configurator above uses.
Those are double-sided cards on 350gsm matt, the stock most orders use, at the Standard turnaround. Going from 100 to 1,000 cards adds $63, so the cost sits in the setup, not the card count. The cheapest card we make is 50 single-sided on 300gsm uncoated at $49. Matt or gloss laminate adds about $50 at 100 cards. Foil is quoted per job because the die is made for your design.

Standard cards are ready in two to four business days. Rush cards are ready the same day: order standard or laminated cards before 11am on a business day and collect them that afternoon. Rush on 100 double-sided 350gsm matt is $121 against $86 for Standard.
Spot UV, raised UV and waterproof cards are not available same day. Allow the Standard window for those. Foil is 5 to 10 working days because the tooling is made per design.
A PDF at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed. The finished card is 90 × 55mm, so the file is 96 × 61mm with bleed. AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and high-resolution JPG or PNG also work.
A person in the shop opens every file before it prints. If the bleed is short, an image is soft, or the colours are RGB, we email or call you first. No artwork yet? Our designers build a card from your logo, quoted per job. Get a quote with design included →
Collect free from 63 Queen Victoria St, Fremantle, Monday to Friday. Or we deliver metro Perth for a flat $35 at any quantity, and post further afield. If there is a genuine problem with the print, we reprint it free.
