What sticker printing costs, and what you get for it.
Custom stickers, cut to shape, on vinyl that lasts outdoors. Here is the price, the time, and the file we need. The numbers match the configurator above.
Price
Those are 50 × 50mm square vinyl stickers, individually cut, at the Standard turnaround. The cheapest run is 25 stickers at 50mm circle or 50 × 25mm rectangle for $59. Matt or gloss lamination on 100 squares is $116. Raised UV, a clear coat you can feel under your thumb, is $139 for 100. Sizes run from 50mm to 300mm and any shape. Time
Standard stickers are ready in two to four business days. Rush is same day: order before 11am on a business day and collect that afternoon, on any run up to 1,000. Rush on 100 squares is $153 against $104 for Standard.
Vinyl and cut
Every sticker is vinyl: calendared monomeric vinyl printed on a Fujifilm digital press, rated 2 to 5 years outdoors and safe in a dishwasher on a cold cycle. Standard vinyl stickers come individually cut at no extra cost. Laminated and raised UV stickers come kiss-cut on A3 sheets, and individually cut is an add-on from $35 a run.
Circle, square, rectangle, or a custom die-cut shape around your artwork. Die-cut runs carry a setup charge per design, shown in the price before you pay.
What to send
A PDF at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed. AI and EPS also work. For a die-cut shape, put the cut line on a spot-colour layer named CutContour. A person in the shop opens every file before it prints and calls you if something will not cut cleanly.
Collect or deliver
Collect free from 63 Queen Victoria St, Fremantle, Monday to Friday, or $35 flat delivery to metro areas at any quantity. If there is a genuine problem with the print, we reprint it free.
