What is the difference between an invoice book and a docket book?

Only the printed layout. Both are carbonless books of numbered sets. An invoice book carries prices and payment details. A docket book records a delivery or a job and is signed on site. We print the layout you send.

What is NCR or carbonless paper?

NCR stands for "no carbon required". The sheets are coated, so the pressure of a pen on the top sheet copies onto the sheets below. There are no carbon sheets to put in or throw away.

Do you print receipt books?

Yes. Most receipt books are duplicate (2-part), A6 or DL, and numbered. Send your old book or your layout with the quote request.

What is the difference between duplicate and triplicate?

Duplicate is 2-part. Triplicate is 3-part. Pick triplicate when one copy stays in the book, one goes to the customer and one goes to accounts.

How many sets are in a book?

You choose 50 or 100 sets per book. A "set" is one numbered transaction (so a 50-set duplicate book gives you 50 originals plus 50 carbonless copies).

Can I get sequential numbers?

Yes. Pick sequential numbering and give us the start number when you request your quote. We number every set in order from there.

Can I get my logo printed on it?

Yes. Send your artwork or your old book with the quote request and we check it before anything runs.

How fast do I get a quote?

The same or next business day. Books are then ready in about 7 to 10 business days.
