Mounting

Pick the mounting that suits where the sign goes.

No Fixings: the printed panel only. Fix it with cable ties through the flutes, double-sided tape or screws
Ground Spike: a galvanised metal H-frame. The panel slots onto it, and it pushes into a lawn or a verge
Eyelets: four corner holes with plastic rings, for cable ties, rope or hooks

The ground spike is for A3, A2 and 450 × 600mm signs only. A bigger sign catches too much wind for the spike
Eyelets are available on every size
Eyelets suit fences, hoardings, scaffolding and marquees

Artwork

Our staff in Fremantle review every file before it is sent to the printer.

Print-ready PDF at 300 DPI at the final sign size, with 3mm bleed
We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and high-resolution JPG or PNG
There is no orientation to pick. Your artwork sets which way the sign reads

Outdoor signs are read from a distance, so text usually needs to be larger than on paper
If the text looks too small for the viewing distance, we email you before we print

What is corflute?

Corflute is a fluted polypropylene sheet, 5mm thick. It is light, rigid and waterproof, and it takes full-colour print. It is also called coreflute or corrugated plastic. A printed sign made from it is a corflute.

What are corflutes used for?

Real estate and open-home signs, election signs, builder and site safety signs on fences, event wayfinding and shopfront promotions.

How many corflutes can I order online?

One to ten signs per order on this page. For a bigger run, such as election or real estate corflutes, send a quote request and we price the run.

Can I get corflute signs the same day?

Yes. Pick Rush and order before 11am on a business day, and the signs are ready to collect in Fremantle that afternoon.

Which mounting should I pick?

A ground spike holds a sign up in a lawn or a verge, for real estate, open homes and elections. Eyelets let you tie a sign to a fence or a hoarding. No Fixings gives you the panel only, to mount your own way.

Why is the ground spike only for the smaller sizes?

The ground spike holds signs up to A2 and 450 × 600mm. A bigger sign catches enough wind to bend the spike or pull it out of soft ground. For A1, A0, 600 × 900mm and 900 × 1200mm, fix the sign to a fence or a frame.

How long does corflute last outside?

Corflute is UV-stable and made for outdoor use. On a permanent install, expect a year or two before the colours fade. For real estate, events and site signs, it lasts longer than the campaign.

What file should I send?

We prefer a high resolution PDF, at the final sign size with 3mm bleed.

Vector files (.EPS, .SVG) are the best format for print
Image files (.PNG, .JPG) are fine at 300 DPI at the final size
Working files (.AI, .PSD) are accepted, but we would rather you export the PDF

Do you deliver?

Yes. Collection from 63 Queen Victoria St, Fremantle is free. Courier delivery goes Australia-wide, priced by postcode at checkout.
