Earlier is better. Ordering a few weeks ahead leaves time for design rounds, proof approval and reprinting if names change or guest count shifts. We can compress timelines for late jobs and will tell you up front what is realistic.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. Free click & collect from our Fremantle shop, or $35 flat-rate delivery to metro areas Australia-wide. Mounted A1 boards may freight differently and we will confirm on the quote.

What if my print comes out wrong?

We reprint it free, no questions. Wedding jobs are proofed and reviewed by our staff before it gets sent to the printer, but if something slips past us we own it.

Wedding printing works best as a coordinated package because the deadline is fixed and the pieces need to read together. Our standard collection covers the visible day-of stationery: an A1 welcome sign and an A1 seating chart mounted on 10mm white foamboard (ready to lean on an easel), plus a run of folded place cards on 300gsm matt. Add invitations, save-the-dates, programs, menus and order-of-service pieces to the same quote and we will price the whole job together.

Sizing

Welcome sign A1 (594 × 841mm) on 10mm white foamboard. Seating chart A1 (594 × 841mm) on 10mm white foamboard. Place cards 90 × 55mm folded, supplied scored and flat on 300gsm matt stock. Invitations and programs run on standard postcard and booklet sizes; menus typically DL or A4. Custom sizes available on request.

Stocks and finishes

Standard place card stock is 300gsm matt, the right weight to fold and stand. Invitations and programs run on 300gsm silk or matt with optional matt or gloss lamination. Heavier stocks and specialty finishes (foil, raised UV) are available across the wedding range on quote.

Artwork

Upload a print-ready PDF per piece with 3mm bleed. We need one artwork per item in the package; let us know if you have multiple variations (different table names, dietary cards, etc.) and we will check the file structure before it gets sent to the printer. Every file is reviewed by our staff in Fremantle. If you need design help, send the visual reference and brief and we will quote design alongside print.
