- Tell us your look, your guest count and your date. We turn that into a list of pieces, sizes and stocks, and quote the lot together
- You do not need to know sizes or paper names. We suggest the rest
- We print it all in one job, so the colours and stocks match
- Save the dates, invitations, RSVP cards and envelopes
- Flat or folded, on heavy matt or silk stocks, with matt or gloss lamination if you want it

On the day
The pieces guests see at the ceremony and the reception.
- Order of service: booklets or single sheets
- Welcome sign: printed at A1 (594 × 841mm) and mounted on 10mm foamboard, so it stands on an easel. Easels are not included
- Seating chart, place cards, table numbers, menus and drinks lists
- Place cards are folded and supplied scored and flat on 300gsm matt
- Menus are usually DL or A5
- Tell us the table plan and we work out the quantities

We send a proof for every piece before anything prints.

Wedding Printing FAQs
I do not have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Send us a photo, a Pinterest board or a link to a style you like, and our graphic designers quote the design alongside the print. If you have a template from Canva or a designer, send that instead and we set it up for print.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
Earlier is better. A few weeks leaves time for proofs, changes and reprints if names change or the guest count shifts. If your date is close, ask anyway. We tell you straight away what is possible.
Do I have to order everything at once?
No. Invitations go out months before the day, so those usually come first. Signs, place cards and menus come later once the seating plan is set. We keep your artwork and stocks on file so the later pieces match.
Can you match the colours across every piece?
Yes. We print the set on the same press and stock family and check the proofs side by side, so the welcome sign, place cards and menus read as one set.
What if something is wrong?
Every piece is proofed before it prints, and a person checks names and table numbers. If we make a mistake, we reprint it. If a name changes after printing, ask us. Single cards are quick to reprint.
