- Front and back is the usual pick, because a bookmark shows its back half the time
- Front only suits a bookmark with a plain back
- Matt suits most bookmarks and reads clean
- Linen adds texture for gifts, weddings and memorial bookmarks
- Artboard is the heaviest card here. It suits keepsake bookmarks
- The press setup costs about the same for 50 or 2,000 bookmarks, so the price per bookmark falls as the run grows

- Print-ready PDF at 300 DPI, with 3mm bleed
- A bookmark is 56 × 156mm with bleed
- For front and back, send one PDF with two pages: page 1 is the front, page 2 is the back
- We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and high-resolution JPG or PNG
- We check the bleed, low-resolution images, font embedding and RGB-to-CMYK colour shift

What file format should I upload?
A print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed is ideal. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and high-res JPG/PNG. Every file is reviewed by our staff in Fremantle before printing.
Single or double-sided?
Double-sided is the standard pick because a bookmark faces the back of the book half the time. Single-sided is fine when the reverse can be plain.
Which paper stock should I pick?
350gsm Matt is the everyday choice. 350gsm Linen has a subtle texture. 420gsm Artboard is the heaviest option and reads premium.
