Full-colour brochure printing in Fremantle, supplied folded. DL trifold is the classic for service guides and price lists. A5 brochures are the standard pick for most uses. If you're after something a bit smaller, we also offer A6 which are suitably "pocket sized". A3 trifold is the option for cafe & restaurant menus. Standard stocks run from 90 to 170gsm, with the A3 trifold menu printed on 300gsm card. We can also matt or gloss lamiante those, as menus get handled often & need to last. Standard turnaround is two to four business days; choose Rush for same-day click & collect on most formats ordered before 11am.

Brochures earn their keep when the message needs space without the bulk of a booklet. DL trifolds are the workhorse format for services and pricing, slipping straight into envelopes and brochure racks. Half-folds give a bigger spread for photography or longer copy. The A3 trifold menu folds to a generous DL face but opens to an A3 spread, which is why cafes and restaurants reach for it for menus and takeaway brochures.

Sizing

DL trifold (210 × 99mm folded, 297 × 210mm flat). A4 folded to A5 (148 × 210mm folded). A3 folded to A4 (210 × 297mm folded). A3 trifold menu (141 × 297mm folded, A3 flat). Custom sizes available on quote when the standard footprint does not suit.

Stocks and finishes

Standard stock is 300gsm card, the right weight to fold cleanly and feel substantial in the hand. Optional matt or gloss lamination on both sides adds durability for menus and brochures that get handled often. Stocks are scored before folding so the spine sits flat without cracking the ink.

Artwork

Upload a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed. Every file is reviewed by our staff in Fremantle before it gets sent to the printer, with a particular eye on type that sits too close to a fold. No artwork yet? Our in-house designers can build the brochure from a logo and copy brief, quoted per job.

Turnaround and delivery

Brochures run on Standard or Rush tiers. Same-day click & collect is available on most formats ordered before 11am on a business day. Laminated brochures usually need an extra day for the lam to cure cleanly before scoring.
