• Each sheet is 90gsm uncoated bond, which takes pen ink cleanly
• The pad is glued at the head, so the sheets tear off one at a time
• A backing board keeps the pad flat on the desk

Choosing notepads

How to pick the size, sheets and run for your notepads.

• A4 (210 × 297mm) is the usual desk pad
• A5 (148 × 210mm) suits meeting rooms
• A6 (105 × 148mm) fits a pocket or a bag
• A3 (297 × 420mm) is the large pad for a workshop or a shop counter

• 25 sheets suit short jobs, such as event scratchpads and daily lists
• 50 sheets last longer at the desk

• The press setup costs about the same for 25 or 1,000 pads, so the price per pad falls as the run grows
• The quantity tiles show the price per pad for each run

Our staff in Fremantle review every file before it is sent to the printer.

• Print-ready PDF at 300 DPI, with 3mm bleed
• Send one page: every sheet in the pad prints the same
• We also accept AI, EPS, PSD and packaged InDesign files

• We check the bleed, low-resolution images, font embedding and RGB-to-CMYK colour shift
