Flag Printing FAQs
Feather or teardrop?
Both shapes are portable, easy to assemble and suit events, promotions, retail, outdoor advertising and trade shows, so it mostly comes down to the look you want. If you are unsure, send a photo of the placement and we will recommend on the quote.
Can the flag print on both sides?
Yes. You can choose single-sided or double-sided, printed in vivid full-colour. The dye-sublimation print on knitted polyester gives double-sided visibility (the print shows through to the other face). Tell us which you need on the quote request.
What size is right for my placement?
Various sizes are available, so the right one depends on where the flag is going (indoor, trade-show booth, forecourt or roadside). Send a photo of the placement and we will recommend a size on the quote.
Can you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. The pole sections pack flat in a long carton with the panel and base; freight is quoted alongside the build so the all-in price is on the quote, not added after the order.
What if my print comes out wrong?
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error that differs from the approved proof, we will reprint or refund the affected items at no extra cost (claims within 7 days, photos may be required). Our artwork check is designed to catch issues before it gets sent to the printer. Please note we cannot cover errors in artwork or content you supplied, so check your proof carefully before approving.
