Choosing an A-frame

How to pick the panels, size and lamination for your A-frame.

• Corflute Inserts: 5mm corflute panels that slot in and out of the frame. For a message that changes, such as sales, events and daily specials
• Aluminium Panels: 3mm aluminium composite panels (two thin aluminium skins bonded to a polyethylene core), fixed to the frame. For a sign that stays the same for a season or longer

• 600 × 900mm portrait is the most common shopfront size
• 450 × 600mm suits narrow footpaths, or two frames side by side. It also comes as 600 × 450mm landscape
• 900 × 1200mm portrait is for aluminium panels only, for spots seen from further away

• None: the standard print, no lamination
• Matt: a matt laminate that cuts glare, for bright shopfronts
• Gloss: a gloss laminate that makes colours stronger, for signs read up close
• Matt and gloss both add UV and scratch protection, and cost the same
