T-shirt printing
What t-shirt printing costs, from one shirt.
Direct-to-garment print on cotton tees, one shirt or ten, no screens and no minimum. Price, time and file spec below.
Price
Those are a new 100% cotton tee with a front print at the Standard turnaround. Black is $60 because it needs a white underbase before the colour goes on. Bring your own garment and the print is $52. Front and back, or back only, are priced on the page as you pick. Runs above 10 are quoted, and the price per shirt drops.
Time
T-shirts are ready in 5 to 7 business days. There is no same-day option on garments: the print cures overnight before it is safe to wear.
Shirts and sizes
White or black, XS to 3XL, 100% cotton. Or your own shirt, as long as it is cotton or a light blend: heavy synthetics and waxed coatings will not take the ink. The print area goes up to A3, and you set the print width and height on the page, from 10mm to 350mm.
What to send
A PDF or a PNG with a transparent background. Vector PDFs stay sharpest at large sizes. A file without transparency needs a clipping path, which is a small artwork fee. A person in the shop checks the file and the placement before it prints.
Collect or deliver
Collect free from 63 Queen Victoria St, Fremantle, Monday to Friday, or $35 flat delivery to metro areas at any quantity. If there is a genuine problem with the print, we reprint it free.
