Can I get corflute signs the same day?

Yes on standard sizes when the order is placed before 11am on a business day. Larger sets and multi-panel jobs usually need a day for printing and trimming; we will confirm on order.

How long will corflute last outside?

Corflute is UV-resistant and built for outdoor use. For permanent installs a year or two is realistic before fade becomes visible. For real estate, events and site signage it easily outlasts the campaign and is the right tool for the job.

Why is the ground spike only available up to A2?

The galvanised H-frame ground spike is rated for panels up to roughly A2 / 450 × 600mm. Larger panels catch enough wind that the spike can deform or pull out of soft ground; for A1, A0 and the 600 × 900 / 900 × 1200mm sizes we recommend mounting to a fence, a frame, or an aluminium-panel A-frame instead.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. Free click & collect from our Fremantle shop, or $35 flat-rate delivery to metro areas Australia-wide. Larger panel sets may freight differently and we will confirm on order.

What if my print comes out wrong?

If a print comes out wrong, we will reprint or refund it. Our artwork check is designed to catch issues before it gets sent to the printer, but if something slips past us we own it.

Corflute is what we reach for whenever the brief is "weather-resistant, fast, and not heavy". The flat panels work for fences, shopfronts and event walls. Add a ground spike on A3, A2 or 450 × 600mm and the same panel slots straight into verges and lawns: the staple for real estate boards, election campaigns and home opens.

Sizing

Standard sizes run A3 through A0 (portrait or landscape on each) plus 450 × 600, 600 × 900 and 900 × 1200mm. Ground spikes are available on A3, A2 and 450 × 600mm panels. Larger panel sets and custom dimensions are quoted to confirm panel layout and freight.

Materials

Standard 5mm corflute (fluted polypropylene). Lightweight, rigid, UV-resistant and reusable across multiple installs. Full-colour UV print direct to panel. Single or double-sided depending on the configuration; ground-spike signs are commonly run double-sided so the message reads from both directions of traffic.

Artwork

Upload a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed (we also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and high-res JPG/PNG). Every file is reviewed by our staff in Fremantle before it gets sent to the printer. Outdoor signage usually needs type a couple of sizes larger than print collateral; we will flag it if the layout looks tight for the viewing distance.
