Do you offer same day express printing?


Yes! We offer same day express printing for urgent jobs. To qualify, please place your order online or contact us before 11am AWST, Monday to Friday. A standard express service fee applies to all same day orders - please refer to individual products for details.

Your files must be print-ready (if not we can also help with this, but it may delay production time and so not be available on the day), and we ask that you remain contactable after placing your order in case we need to clarify anything.

Can I supply my own artwork?


Yes! We welcome customer-supplied artwork. Please ensure your files meet our print-ready specifications. You can upload your artwork directly when adding to cart or through our upload file page. If you're unsure, our team can check your file before printing.

What if my artwork isn’t print-ready?


No problem. Our graphic design team can help make your file print-ready, whether it’s a minor adjustment or a complete redesign (fees apply - please contact us for a quote). Just let us know what you need when placing your order.

Do you offer graphic design services?


Yes, we have a professional in-house graphic design team who can help with everything from basic layout changes to full brand identity design. Contact us for a quote or to discuss your project.

What’s the difference between paper stocks?

Paper stock refers to the thickness, weight, and finish of the paper you choose for printing. These factors affect how your final product looks, feels, and performs.

Here’s a quick guide:

Weight (GSM – grams per square metre)

  • 80–100gsm: Standard office paper. Light, flexible, ideal for everyday printing or documents that will be handled often.
  • 130–150gsm: Premium text weight. Slightly thicker with a more professional feel, often used for flyers, brochures, or booklets.
  • 200–250gsm: Card-like but still bendable. Great for covers, menus, postcards, and quality brochures.
  • 300–350gsm: Heavy card stock. Sturdy, durable, ideal for business cards, invitations, and premium covers.

Finish

  • Matte: Smooth with a low-shine finish. Offers a modern, elegant look and is easy to write on.
  • Gloss: Shiny with a vibrant finish. Colours appear richer, great for photos or marketing materials that need visual impact.
  • Satin/Silk: Somewhere between matte and gloss. Offers a soft sheen without the glare, balancing vibrancy and readability.

Tip: Lighter stocks are ideal for high-volume mail-outs or documents that need folding. Heavier stocks create a premium, long-lasting impression.

How long will my order take?


Turnaround times vary depending on the product and quantity. Most standard print jobs are completed within 2–5 business days. If you need something urgently, let us know - we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

Many products also come with the option to upgrade to same-day printing, which you can select when adding to cart. Orders must be placed before 11am AWST (Mon-Fri only) to qualify for this express printing.

Can I pick up my order?


Yes, you can collect your order from our Fremantle store during business hours. Alternatively, we can ship your order anywhere in Perth or Australia-wide.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Do you offer custom quotes for large or complex jobs?


Absolutely. If your project has specific requirements or you need a custom quantity, please contact us for a tailored quote.

Can I supply my own paper stock for printing?


We don’t accept customer-supplied paper stock. To ensure consistent quality and compatibility with our print equipment, all printing is done on our carefully selected in-house stock options.

Do you offer test prints?

Yes, test prints are available by request. For straightforward print jobs, test prints start from $25. This fee covers the setup and testing process and is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed. It is also not deducted from the final order total.

For large format printing, we can provide a small version of your artwork as a test. For large quantities of small items (like business cards), your test print will typically be a single printed sample. Let us know if you’d like a test print when placing your order.
